Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CMOD Developer with expertise in IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD), SQL, and Python to develop, enhance, and support enterprise document archiving and retrieval solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CMOD application development, data extraction, report management, scripting, automation, and production support. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.

Your future duties and responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD).

. Develop and support document archival, indexing, retrieval, and report distribution processes.

. Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, validation, and reporting.

. Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, system integration, and operational support.

. Configure and support CMOD application groups, folders, users, security, and retention policies.

. Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues.

. Integrate CMOD with enterprise applications using APIs, file transfer mechanisms, and automation tools.

. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability.

. Participate in application upgrades, migrations, and release deployments.

. Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and application support teams to deliver solutions.

. Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

. Support incident, problem,



and change management activities in an Agile environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Required Skills

. 7 9 years of experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD).

. Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or PostgreSQL).

. Hands on experience with Python scripting and automation.

. Experience in report management, document archival, indexing, and retrieval.

. Knowledge of Linux/Unix shell scripting and command line utilities.

. Familiarity with batch processing and scheduling tools (Autosys, Control M, or similar).

. Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.

. Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

. Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.

. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

. Experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN) or other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms.

. Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.

. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

. Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or DataDog.

. Banking or Financial Services domain experience.

. Knowledge of document retention and compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
