Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager Service to oversee service operations across multiple automobile dealership/service outlets. The role will be responsible for achieving business targets, improving customer satisfaction, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving service revenue and profitability across the assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor service operations across multiple dealerships/service outlets within the assigned cluster.
- Achieve monthly and annual service revenue, profitability, labour, parts and customer retention targets.
- Monitor key service KPIs such as ROs, labour revenue, parts sales, technician productivity, bay utilization, repeat customers and CSI.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality across all locations.
- Review outlet-wise performance and prepare MIS and performance reports for management.
- Drive service campaigns, customer retention activities, AMC, extended warranty and value-added services.
- Monitor workshop manpower requirements, productivity and performance.
