Job Summary The Cluster Head is responsible for managing business performance, operations, sales growth, and team leadership across multiple branches/locations within an assigned cluster. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, ensuring operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Revenue Management

- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability across the assigned cluster.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor cluster performance through regular reviews and MIS reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and market expansion initiatives.

Operations Management
- Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor productivity, service quality,



and process compliance across locations.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on customer service and results.

Customer Management
- Ensure exceptional customer experience across all branches.
- Address escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Risk & Compliance
