Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Cloud . The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IT experience , proven success in cloud migration projects , and the ability to design and deliver cloud architectures and solutions . This role also requires leadership skills to guide and mentor L0, L1, and L2 support teams .

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Solutions

- Design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud solutions.
- Develop end-to-end solutions integrating Office 365 and Azure platforms.
- Define cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Provide architectural guidance for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Migration & Transformation

- Lead and manage large-scale migration projects (email, applications, infrastructure)
- .Ensure minimal downtime and seamless transition during migrations
- .Develop migration strategies, roadmaps, and risk mitigation plans.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and mento r L0, L1, and L2 support tea ms, ensuring operational excellence
- Establish best practices, SOPs, and escalation procedure




- Drive automation and efficiency improvements across support operations.

Operational Excellence

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of IT experi ence, with at least 5 years in cloud technologies.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Office 365 and Azure.
- Proven experience in cloud architecture de sign and solution delivery.
- Demonstrated success in cloud migration projects.
- Strong leadership experience managing multi-level support teams.
- Deep understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
