Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with robust expertise in Snowflake Data Cloud and Python development to design, develop, optimize, and maintain cloud-based data platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable data pipelines, implementing cloud infrastructure, and supporting enterprise data analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data solutions and architectures.

- Build and optimize data pipelines using Python and Snowflake.

- Develop ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.

- Manage Snowflake databases, warehouses, schemas, roles, and security policies.

- Monitor and optimize query performance, storage utilization, and cost efficiency in Snowflake.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.

- Implement data quality, governance, and security standards.

- Automate deployment and operational processes using scripting and CI/CD practices.





- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience with Snowflake Database.

- Proficient in Python programming.

- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.

- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow.

- Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, or similar big data technologies.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

- Snowflake certifications are a plus.
