Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete sales closing process for commercial office spaces and retail properties.

- Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable property options.

- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales or leasing transactions.

- Coordinate with channel partners, developers, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth deal closure.

- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely closures.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.





- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new commercial projects.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate sales and leasing.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to build long-term client relationships.

- Good understanding of commercial documentation and transaction processes.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
