Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire closing process for all real estate transactions handled by Ace Group for the given project from time to time, closing process outlined broadly as follows:
2. Gathering Customer Details as per the format
3. Flat Layout, Floor Lay out, Various Options, Various Views, Various offers, Various Payment plans which are pre-approved to be shown to the customer
4. Objection handling and offering resolution to all queries
5. Follow up for reschedules and revisits with customer’s family members
6. Sign up the cost sheet, pay plans and accepting the booking amount
7. Acknowledging the receipt of token amount for booking condition to realization
8.



Follow up as per the pay plan
9. Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and operational procedures during the closing of transactions.
10. Liaise with buyers, Promoters / sellers, brokers, Channel Partners and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transaction closures.
11. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
12. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process in a timely manner.
13. Ensure adherence to company policies and local laws regarding real estate transactions.
