The role involves working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), chart preparation, medical documentation support, document triage, and healthcare data migration activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Review, organize, and upload medical records into EHR systems
- Perform chart preparation for physicians prior to patient visits
- Support loading notes activities for upcoming patient appointments
- Create and update patient appointments in healthcare systems
- Handle fax triage, document classification, and indexing
- Support EHR migration and data abstraction projects
- Validate patient demographics and clinical documentation
- Maintain accuracy while handling sensitive healthcare information
- Coordinate with internal quality and operations teams




- Follow HIPAA and client-specific confidentiality guidelines

Desired Skills

- Good written and verbal English communication
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology preferred
- Good computer and typing skills
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned to US time zones, if required
- Quick learner with willingness to adapt to healthcare workflows
- Knowledge of EMRs/EHRs is preferred
