- Excellent communication skills in Odia. & working knowledge of Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
- Ability to use CRM/software applications for data entry and call logging.
- Positive interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities Selected candidates will be appointed on 11 months Fixed Term Employment contract and are responsible for:

- Conducting follow-up calls with beneficiaries after completion of health screening.
- Providing basic health-related guidance and addressing beneficiary queries as per approved protocols.




- Maintaining accurate digital records of all beneficiary interactions, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Tracking high-risk cases and ensuring timely follow-up until referral completion.
- Coordinating with field teams, supervisors, and healthcare facilities to ensure continuity of care.
- Escalating critical cases to the designated medical team or program management unit for immediate action.
- Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
- Ensuring confidentiality and privacy of beneficiary information in accordance with applicable laws.
- Maintaining professional communication with beneficiaries and other stakeholders at all times.

Salary Range and Location 15,000- 18,000 (Sundargarh Location)
