Department: Administration & Operation Employment Type: Full-Time About The Role QHT Clinic is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager / Branch Head to lead branch operations for our hair transplant and hair restoration services. The role involves managing the day-to-day branch operations and handling a proper coordination and ensuring operational excellance. Connecting and managing the high-end people visiting the branch as the face of the branch & ensuring a good experience for the same.

Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end branch operations. Drive branch revenue by improving consultation-to-procedure conversion rates. Manage and motivate the sales/counselling team, front-desk staff, and coordinate with the clinical/surgical team (surgeons, technicians). Ensure a seamless patient experience — from first enquiry to post-transplant care and follow-ups. Oversee that the staff is efficiently working and conducting their roles and responsibilites. Monitor daily walk-ins, tele-consultations, conversions, and branch P&L; Handle patient escalations, ensure satisfaction, and manage online reviews/reputation Ensure compliance with medical/clinical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards (OT protocols, sterilization, etc.)



Coordinate manpower planning with HR — recruitment, training, and performance reviews of counsellors and support staff Manage inventory (surgical consumables, medicines), vendor relations, and branch budgets Drive local marketing initiatives — camps, referral programs, doctor tie-ups, social media leads follow-up Report branch performance (revenue, surgeries done, conversion %, patient satisfaction) to senior management Required Skills &

Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate (preference: healthcare management, business administration, or life sciences). 4–8 years in clinic/hospital/aesthetic industry branch management, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Prior experience in hair transplant, cosmetology, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic operations strongly preferred Strong sales/counselling background — experience converting consultations into paid procedures Excellent leadership, team management, and patient-handling skills Understanding of surgical scheduling, OT coordination, and basic clinical workflows Positive grip on P&L;, budgeting, and branch performance metrics Proficiency in CRM/clinic management software and MS Office Preferred Existing network/relationships with hair transplant surgeons or dermatologists. Ready to show ownership when it comes to operational excellance and leadership in the management and Administration. Proficient in English, Hindi & Knowledge of Native Language.
