Role Description The Student Coordinator role is an on-site position based in Noida. The trainee will support day-to-day client interactions, helping learners with inquiries, onboarding, and course navigation to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities Responding to messages and calls, gathering feedback, documenting client needs, and collaborating with the team to improve customer satisfaction and overall client experience.
The role also involves assisting in maintaining client records, supporting follow-ups, and participating in initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships with learners. This position offers exposure to mental health education services, customer care practices, and client success operations.
