This role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Work on interested leads provided by the company (No cold calling)

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Understand customer insurance requirements and recommend suitable products
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure end-to-end sales closure
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly Required Skills - Effective communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with customers
- Comfortable conversing in English, and the regional language of the location
- Solid interest in sales with a positive, result-oriented attitude
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to manage conversations efficiently and stay focused on outcomes
