Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Services Intern. The intern will assist in addressing customer inquiries, resolving client issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall customer service experience. Additionally, the role involves engaging with clients, coordinating communication,



and providing support to the finance department as required.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service to manage and address client needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to foster positive client relationships and provide clear, skilled assistance
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective problem-solving and personalized support
- Basic knowledge of Finance to assist with financial tasks or queries as needed
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering value to clients
- Pursuing or holding a degree in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage
