Key Responsibilities

- Handle and coordinate all client-related enquiries and requirements

- Receive briefs from clients and clearly communicate them to the creative/studio team

- Ensure timely submission and mailing of all creative deliverables to clients

- Follow up internally to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status and updates

- Prepare and share monthly reports and presentations with clients

- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and communication records

- Maintain a solid and professional clientagency relationship

- Coordinate between clients, creative teams, and management for smooth project executionRole & responsibilities
