Experience: 18+ yrs. Account leadership Manager Account and Customer Management - Own and manage strategic customer accounts within the Embedded Engineering domain.

- Build strong relationships with customer leadership, engineering managers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive business reviews.
- Drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships Delivery Leadership - Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded engineering programs preferably industrial products across multiple projects and geographies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, new project acquisitions, and service offerings. Engineering & Technical Skills - Provide strategic guidance on embedded product development and engineering practices.




- Work closely with technical architects and engineering leads to ensure technology alignment.
- Review solution approaches, effort estimations, project plans, and delivery strategies.
- Strong expertise in Embedded Systems Development using Embedded Python and C/C++, Python and microcontroller architectures.
- Good to have experience in Motor Control Systems, including BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors, 6-step commutation, switches, and solenoid control applications.
- Product Automation like Python and PyTest Framework for test automation, validation, and embedded software quality assurance.
- Knowledge of microcontroller platforms including STM32, XMC, PIC, and similar embedded controllers.
- Engineering capabilities like schematic design/review, PCB layout understanding, hardware bring-up, and debugging.
- Positive knowledge of lab and debugging tools such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Function Generators, and Motor Test Benches.
- Experience in Industrial Automation domains, particularly in motor control and embedded product development.
