Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Handle client inquiries and provide prompt resolutions. Generate new business opportunities through B2B and SMB sales.
Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term customers. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
