The role involves understanding client needs, translating them into clear briefs, and coordinating with internal teams for timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client briefs and develop effective communication & digital strategies
- Coordinate with Creative, Tech, social media, SEO, and Content teams




- Ensure timely execution and quality of all deliverables
- Present work to clients, manage feedback, and revisions
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and recent business
- Share regular performance and activity reports
- Support account operations including POs, invoices, and collections Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
