We're looking for a Client Relations Manager who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and being the bridge between clients and our team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients visiting Experience Grava.

Understand client requirements and guide them through our stone collections and applications.

Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and showroom visits.

Follow up with enquiries, quotations, and project discussions.

Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Maintain client records and manage CRM updates.

Ensure every interaction reflects the premium experience of the Grava brand.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A warm, confident, and professional personality.

Solid organizational and follow-up abilities.

Experience in client servicing, relationship management, hospitality, luxury retail, or architecture/interior-related industries is preferred.
