Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Consultant to manage and strengthen client relationships while supporting the planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional client service, drive customer retention, coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, and contribute to impactful CSR programs that align with the organizations values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of client projects.

- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance service quality.

- Develop and implement creative strategies to improve client retention and service delivery.

- Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and customer engagement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client-centric solutions and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Escalate client concerns and feedback to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

- Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

- Build and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations.

- Organize and manage employee volunteering programs to encourage participation in CSR activities.

- Lead the end-to-end execution of CSR campaigns, events, and community engagement programs.

- Monitor, measure, and report the impact and outcomes of CSR initiatives to management.





- Ensure all CSR activities align with organizational values, business objectives, and statutory compliance requirements.

- Collect feedback from stakeholders and participants to continuously improve CSR programs.

- Promote CSR initiatives internally to enhance employee engagement and externally to strengthen the organizations brand reputation.

Experience and Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, social work or a related field.

- Additional certifications in Client Relationship Management, CSR, or Project Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 4 8 years of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, Hospitality, or CSR coordination.

- Experience in managing client communications and coordinating with multiple stakeholders is preferred.

- Exposure to planning and executing CSR initiatives or community engagement programs will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with prior experience as Cabin Crew or from the Hospitality industry will have an added advantage, given their strong customer service orientation, relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
