We are looking for a proactive Client Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Understand client requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Follow up for approvals, documents, purchase orders, and payments.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain project trackers, client records, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate project timelines.
- Support the sales team with proposals and client coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Client Coordination, Client Servicing, Project Coordination, Sales Coordination, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or project-based companies is preferred.
