Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition cum Project Manager to lead business development and manage end-to-end project execution for our IT Development, Digital Marketing, and Creative Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding business requirements, preparing proposals, managing project delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Business Development

- Identify and acquire new clients for IT Development, Digital Marketing, and Creative services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Project Management
- Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Coordinate with Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, Creative, and QA teams.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Manage project risks and resolve issues proactively.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular updates.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client escalations professionally.

Team Coordination
- Collaborate with technical, creative, and marketing teams.




- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor team productivity and project quality.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–7+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Account Management, or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT Services, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and Creative Solutions.
- Experience in preparing proposals, project estimation, and client presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).

Preferred Skills

- Strong B2B sales and client acquisition experience.
- Understanding of Web & Mobile App Development.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Branding, UI/UX, and Creative Services.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
