As an Insurance Claims Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organizations assets and operations by managing insurance policies, handling claim-related activities, and coordinating with internal teams and external insurance partners. Your expertise will directly contribute to risk mitigation, business continuity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end insurance claim processes, including documentation, coordination, follow-up, and settlement.
- Manage and review insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage for business operations and projects.
- Liaise and negotiate with insurance providers, surveyors, and claim adjusters for timely and favorable claim resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations, policy terms, and internal governance requirements.
- Work closely with project, finance, legal, and operations teams to support claim substantiation and policy administration.
- Track claim status, maintain proper records, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify insurance-related risks and recommend improvements to strengthen risk management practices.
- Support audits, renewals, and periodic policy reviews to ensure business continuity and coverage optimization.

Desired Profile

- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance claim processes.




- Strong experience in the EPC or Solar Rooftop industry is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in managing corporate insurance policies and claims lifecycle.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of compliance, documentation, and insurance best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
