We are looking for a skilled and passionate Civil Trainer to join our training institute The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training in Civil Engineering concepts software tools and construction techniques to students or working professionals You will help learners develop job-ready skills and prepare them for careers in the construction and infrastructure sector Key Responsibilities AutoCAD STAAD Pro Revit Primavera MS Project as applicable Design and develop course materials lesson plans and practical assignments Ensure learners understand both theoretical and hands-on aspects of civil engineering Conduct regular assessments quizzes and project evaluations Provide mentorship and career guidance to students Stay updated with industry trends construction technologies and training methodologies Maintain training records and prepare progress reports Collaborate with academic coordinators industry partners and placement teams Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B Tech B E in Civil Engineering M Tech is a plus Prior experience in teaching or working in the construction industry Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD STAAD Pro or other civil tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Patience clarity in teaching and ability to engage learners of different levels Ability to manage classroom or online training environments Pay 10k to 15k Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
