We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage civil construction projects ensuring timely completion quality control and compliance with safety regulations The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals Key Responsibilities 1 Supervise and manage civil construction projects including site preparation excavation and infrastructure development 2 Ensure compliance with project plans specifications and timelines 3 Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress quality and safety 4 Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may impact project progress 5 Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met 6 Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship 7 Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols 8 Manage and supervise a team of construction workers providing guidance and direction as needed 9 Prepare and submit reports on project progress issues and concerns 10 Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil construction supervision 3 Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations 4 Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills 5 Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications 6 Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols 7 Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications 1 Skilled Engineer PE license 2 Experience with project management software and tools 3 Certification in construction management or a related field What We Offer 1 Competitive salary and benefits package 2 Opportunities for professional growth and development 3 Collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
