We are looking for a skilled Civil Interior & Finishing Engineer with hands-on experience in interior fit-outs, finishing works, and site execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end execution of interior and finishing activities while ensuring quality, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise interior and civil finishing works at project sites.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the project team for smooth execution.
- Ensure quality standards and safety practices are maintained throughout the project.
- Plan and monitor material requirements, site resources, and manpower.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Verify measurements,
prepare work progress reports, and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil finishing and interior execution.
- Experience in flooring, false ceiling, painting, partition, joinery, modular interiors, and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Positive understanding of construction materials and quality standards.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Candidate
- Proven experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, institutional, or office interior projects.
- Strong site execution and contractor management experience.
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and deliver projects within timelines.
