Note - - Project - 5 star Resort at Dwarka - Experience - Min 4 years of interior work - Benefits - Accommodation Provided Key Responsibilities 1 Site Execution Supervision Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings specifications and BOQ Ensure proper execution of civil structural MEPF and finishing works Maintain quality standards in accordance with IS codes NBC and client brand requirements especially for hospitality projects 2 Planning Coordination Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and consultants to ensure timely work progress Verify site readiness for inspections and approvals Monitor daily progress and report deviations or delays to the Project Manager 3 Quality Control Check materials workmanship and ensure compliance with technical specifications Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists Verify that corrective actions are implemented promptly 4 Safety Compliance Ensure implementation of safety measures as per statutory and company policies Report and record near-miss incidents and accidents Maintain site documentation for audits and inspections 5 Measurement Reporting Record daily progress reports DPR Prepare bar bending schedules measurement sheets and verify contractor bills Track material consumption and wastage 6 Stakeholder Interface Liaise with architects consultants and brand representatives for site-related matters Support project reviews coordination meetings and client site visits Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Site Engineering 3 years Required
