Job Title: Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Building Construction Salary: ₹15,000 per month Experience: 7–8 Years Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor to supervise and manage building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely completion of work, labour management, material planning, and coordination with contractors and management.

Key Responsibilities • Supervise all on-site building construction activities.

- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify site issues and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants,



and project management teams.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain stock records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within budget and quality standards.

Desired Candidate

Profile • Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 7–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, brickwork, finishing works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience in labour management and contractor coordination.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and billing measurements.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and WhatsApp for reporting.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of independently managing the construction site.
