Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Relations (Primary Focus): Meet with architects, designers, and prospective clients to present company capabilities and secure new residential, villa and Apartments construction projects.
- Estimation & Costing: Calculate accurate material and cost estimations based on architectural floor plans and structural drawings.
- CAD Drafting:
Prepare and review clear, detailed 2D floor plans using AutoCAD.
- Site Execution Support: Oversee site operations, ensuring quality execution and adherence to approved drawings and schedules.
