Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor project costs.

- Coordination with client and consultants

- Conduct rate analysis and prepare detailed estimates for civil works.

- Manage site execution, labor control, and bar bending schedules.

- Oversee construction management and supervise site activities.

- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (B.Tech / B.E. preferred).

- Robust knowledge of bill of quantities (BOQ), estimation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.

- Proficiency in preparing excel reports and managing project budgets.
