We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp to join our engineering and project team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, 2D layouts, 3D models, design documentation, quantity estimation, and supporting project execution activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction practices, drawing standards, and the ability to convert design concepts into accurate and practical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models, conceptual designs, and presentations using SketchUp.
- Prepare architectural, structural, civil, and construction-related drawings as required.
- Interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and design requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and verify site measurements and existing conditions.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, quantity estimates, material requirements, and cost calculations.
- Prepare working drawings and revisions based on project requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and approved designs.
- Support project planning, execution, inspection, and quality control activities.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, reports, and project records.
- Identify design discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Assist senior engineers and project managers in day-to-day project activities.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed within the required timeline and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Good knowledge of SketchUp and 3D modelling.
- Basic understanding of civil and construction drawings.




- Knowledge of building plans, layouts, sections, elevations, and detailing.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Understanding of construction materials and site execution processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience
- Freshers can apply if they have strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil design, construction, architecture, or project execution will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Revit, STAAD.Pro, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or solar projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, is desirable.
