- Administration. User Access &
- Endpoint Troubleshooting. Session management & support VDA Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot the Virtual Delivery Agent Knowledge on Citrix Licensing. Installation & configuration of Citrix cloud services. Resolve user connection issues. Deploy virtual desktop images. Apply patches to VDAs. Update documentation for troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree 4 years dedicated Citrix experience.

Citrix Certified

Professional (CCP-V). Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator. ITIL foundation certification.

Experience with Office 365.

BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES: Strong eager learner. Good team collaborator. Patient client communicator.
