City Head – Roles & Responsibilities

- Operations Management

- Manage end-to-end city logistics operations.

- Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and service quality.

- Monitor daily operational KPIs and improve efficiency.

- Business Development

- Identify opportunities to expand business within the city.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

- Drive revenue growth and achieve city-wise business targets.

- Team Leadership

- Lead and manage operations, sales, and support teams.

- Recruit, train, and mentor employees.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure team productivity.

- Fleet & Vendor Management

- Manage fleet utilization and transportation partners.

- Ensure vehicle availability and operational readiness.

- Negotiate and maintain relationships with logistics vendors.

- Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.

- Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly.

- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

- Financial Management

- Manage the city's operational budget.

- Control costs while maintaining service quality.

- Monitor profitability and prepare financial reports.

- Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

- Maintain safety standards across operations.





- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

- Performance Monitoring

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:

- On-Time Delivery (OTD)

- Order fulfillment rate

- Fleet utilization

- Cost per delivery

- Customer satisfaction

- Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management.

- Process Improvement

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.

- Strategic Planning

- Develop city-level business strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

- Plan capacity expansion and resource allocation.
