Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver Accountancy lessons as per curriculum requirements.

- Teach accounting principles, financial statements, bookkeeping, and related commerce concepts.

- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.

- Evaluate and monitor students academic performance regularly.

- Conduct classroom activities to improve conceptual understanding.

- Prepare students for examinations and provide academic support where required.

- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.

- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.

- Ensure classroom discipline and maintain a positive learning environment.

- Coordinate with parents regarding student performance and progress when required.

Eligibility Criteria





- Masters degree in Commerce (M.Com) – Preferred

- B.Ed – Mandatory / Preferred as per institution requirement

- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Accountancy

- Immediate joiners preferred

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Accountancy concepts and curriculum

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills

- Good presentation and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools

- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively

Preferred

- Experience teaching CIE syllabus

- Experience handling Secondary/Senior Secondary classes
