Offload Hub is a U.S.-based real estate outsourcing and back-office support company helping owners, operators, property management firms, investment groups, and private equity teams scale efficiently.

Our U.S. company, sales structure, and client acquisition model are already in place. We are now preparing to establish our India entity and build the delivery side of the business with the right operating partner.

This is an prospect to shape the India company from the beginning its structure, team, workflows, service delivery, culture, and long-term growth strategy together.

We support clients across

- Property accounting, bookkeeping, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration
- Commercial, multifamily, residential, and HOA portfolios
- Month-end close, financial reporting, and investor reporting
- Rent roll analysis, T-12 reviews, and asset management support
- Acquisition underwriting, cash flow modeling, debt analysis, and return analysis
- Private equity workflows, capital stacks, LP/GP waterfalls, and fund-level reporting

We are looking for an entrepreneurial operating partner with 5+ years of relevant experience who wants to build Offload Hub as their own—not simply join another company.

Our sales and client acquisition team is ready. Together, we will onboard clients, build delivery teams,



establish scalable processes, attend industry events, meet real estate professionals, strengthen relationships, and grow the company across markets.

The ideal partner should have experience with:

- End-to-end real estate accounting and back-office operations
- ARGUS, Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, QuickBooks, and similar platforms
- Underwriting, asset management, and private equity real estate workflows
- Client onboarding, SOP development, quality control, and team management
- Building and supervising accounting, underwriting, and operational teams
- Using AI and automation to improve productivity, accuracy, and delivery

You will help lead the registration and setup of the India company, build the operating team, manage delivery standards, support client relationships, and create the infrastructure required to scale.

This is not a traditional employee role. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who sees the larger opportunity, takes ownership, and wants to build a substantial global outsourcing company with us over the long term.

The U.S. foundation is set. The India operation is the next major step, and we want to build it together with the right partner.
