We are seeking a highly driven Chief of Staff to partner closely with executive leadership in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and Go-to-Market (GTM) execution across the organization. As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the leadership team, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve organizational processes, support business planning, and help accelerate growth by driving execution across strategy, operations, and GTM programs. This position offers significant exposure to executive decision-making and provides the opportunity to influence the company's long-term direction and scalability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic business initiatives

- Drive cross-functional programs across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams

- Develop and monitor business plans, operational KPIs, and performance dashboards to support executive decision-making

- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, execution, and optimization initiatives for new products, services, and market expansion

- Coordinate strategic projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements

- Prepare executive presentations,



board reports, business reviews, financial models, and strategic recommendations

- Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable operational frameworks to improve productivity and business performance

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of high-priority business initiatives

- Support leadership with special projects, strategic partnerships, organizational planning, and transformation initiatives

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across business functions

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles

- Robust expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional program management

- Proven experience driving Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and business growth in dynamic environments

- Excellent business acumen with the ability to analyze complex problems and translate insights into actionable strategies

- Strong analytical skills with experience in business planning, financial modeling, KPI tracking, and executive reporting

- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

- Experience working in high-growth startups, technology companies, or rapidly scaling organizations is highly desirable

- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions and drive organizational alignment

- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred

- Self-motivated, highly organized, and execution-focused with a passion for solving business challenges and delivering measurable impact
