Role Description The Chief Growth Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships for YeppAR Smart Solutions. This role oversees end-to-end growth initiatives, including sales leadership, business development strategies, marketing and digital campaigns, and customer success programs aligned with the company’s immersive technology offerings. Daily responsibilities include defining and executing growth roadmaps,



leading and mentoring cross-functional sales and marketing teams, identifying new markets and enterprise opportunities, and optimizing the sales pipeline and conversion metrics.

The Chief Growth

Officer collaborates closely with product, technology, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies with customer needs and industry trends, while continuously monitoring performance data to refine growth tactics. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, building strategic alliances, and ensuring a consistent brand presence in key global markets.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

Proven Business Development capabilities, including strategic partnership building, market expansion, and developing new revenue streams.

Marketing and Digital Marketing expertise, with the ability to design integrated growth campaigns and data-driven go-to-market strategies.

Experience in enterprise technology, preferably in AR/VR/MR, AI, or Digital Twin solutions, and familiarity with Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to work with C-level stakeholders, influence decision-makers, and negotiate large-scale commercial agreements.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to drive growth outcomes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional alignment.
