Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chemistry faculty role based in Kurukshetra. The faculty member will teach Chemistry courses, prepare and deliver lesson plans, conduct classroom lectures and lab demonstrations, and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations. Daily responsibilities include guiding students in core and advanced Chemistry concepts, maintaining accurate academic records, and providing mentorship and academic support.

The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, participating in academic meetings,



coordinating with other faculty in related subjects, and upholding institutional policies and standards.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust subject-matter expertise in Chemistry, including Physical Chemistry.

Candidates should possess competency in Physics to support interdisciplinary teaching when required.

Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and the ability to design structured, engaging course materials.

Candidates should possess Research skills to stay updated with developments in Chemistry and enhance teaching content.

Relevant qualifications such as a Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.

Prior teaching experience at the school or college level, with effective classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly, foster critical thinking, and support diverse learning needs.

Commitment to on-site presence in Kurukshetra, punctuality, and collaboration with colleagues and administration.
