- Perform chemical testing and analysis of graphite ore, concentrate, and finished products.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests as per standard procedures.
- Collect and prepare samples from plant operations for laboratory analysis.
- Monitor quality parameters and maintain test records.
- Perform moisture, ash, purity, and other relevant chemical tests.
- Maintain laboratory registers, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of chemicals and samples.
- Assist senior chemists in quality control and process monitoring.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams regarding test results.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the laboratory.
- Report any abnormal test results or quality deviations to the senior team.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory procedures.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and laboratory documentation.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a plant/laboratory environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
