R & D head (BOISAR PLANT) TARAPUR

Key Responsibilities

- Research & Formulation: Design and run lab-scale experiments, new product formulations, and chemical synthesis pathways.
- Process Scale-Up: Assist in shifting batches smoothly from laboratory setups to pilot plants and commercial production.
- Testing & Analysis: Perform stability studies, routine parameter checks, and troubleshoot any technical or quality issues.
- Documentation: Record accurate lab data, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and write technical reports.
- Compliance: Follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP), and local safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Polymer Science) or B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy.
- Experience: Ranging from entry-level (0–2 years) for junior associates to 5 years for executive or senior officer roles.
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of reaction glassware assembly, distillation, analytical testing tools, and material properties
