Job Title: Chef & Kitchen Helper Required Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Chef and a dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our team for daily food preparation and kitchen operations. The ideal candidates should be experienced, disciplined, and capable of maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Chef:

- Prepare and cook meals as per menu requirements
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Manage kitchen inventory and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Supervise kitchen operations and support staff

Kitchen Helper:

- Assist the chef in food preparation
- Clean utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
- Support in cutting, washing, and basic cooking tasks
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines

Requirements:

- Chef: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (Chinese, Continental,



Indian Cosine with Bakery Experience
- Helper: Basic kitchen knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Good hygiene practices and teamwork skills
