Chef de Partie (CDP) – Continental Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Company: La Patisserie 20 About Us La Patisserie 20 is a premium French-inspired patisserie and café known for handcrafted desserts, artisanal bakery products, specialty coffee, and elevated café dining. We are expanding our culinary team and are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie – Continental to lead our savoury kitchen. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute a high-quality All-Day Breakfast menu.
Prepare and present fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, pasta, and artisan pizzas . Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control. Follow standardized recipes and maintain kitchen SOPs.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal specials. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage. Coordinate efficiently with the pastry, bakery, service, and coffee teams during service.
Candidate
Profile3–6 years of experience in a reputed café, restaurant, or hotel.
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and café operations.
Experience in: All-Day Breakfast Salads & Healthy Bowls Sandwiches & Wraps Gourmet Burgers Fresh Pasta Artisan Pizza Continental Café Cuisine Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency. Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Culinary diploma or hotel management qualification is preferred.
