About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage end-to-end accounting functions for multiple U.S.-based business entities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in QuickBooks Online, General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Online.
- Manage General Ledger, journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and month-end closing.
- Perform bank, credit card, loan, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare quarterly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
- Analyze financial reports and explain variances.
- Handle invoicing, Accounts Receivable, customer collections, and payment tracking.
- Maintain supporting schedules and accounting documentation.
- Support audits, tax professionals, lenders, and management reporting.
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 46 years of accounting experience.
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Hands-on experience in General Ledger Accounting and Financial Statement Preparation.




- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial close processes.
- Experience in invoicing and Accounts Receivable management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to independently manage multiple business entities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with multiple entities and intercompany accounting.
- Exposure to consolidated reporting.
- Experience supporting audits and tax professionals.
- Knowledge of fixed assets, accounts payable, loan schedules, and cash flow reporting.
