Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the organization's financial reporting, accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, and financial planning. The role requires strong analytical and commercial acumen to ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, optimize business performance, and provide strategic financial insights to support management in achieving organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Develop and analyze MIS reports, management reports, and financial dashboards for leadership review.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of books of accounts and financial reporting.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all other statutory compliances, ensuring timely filing of returns and payment of statutory dues.
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other financial audits.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Analyze business profitability and recommend strategies for cost optimization and improved financial performance.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting processes, and compliance frameworks.




- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support ERP implementation, financial automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Assist management in evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and financial feasibility.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from ICAI.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Trading, or Multi-business organizations will be preferred.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, taxation, audits, budgeting, and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
