Role & responsibilities

- Financial Accounting &
- Reporting:

Prepare financial statements, maintain general ledgers, and ensure compliance with accounting principles.

- Audit &

- Assurance:

Conduct internal/external audits, verify financial records, assess internal controls, and prepare audit reports.

- Taxation: Prepare and file tax returns, advise on tax planning, manage tax audits, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

- Financial Analysis &

- Planning:

Provide financial insights, budget forecasts, and cost-reduction recommendations.

- Management Accounting: Develop management reports, assist with budgeting and financial planning, and track financial KPIs.

- Financial Compliance &

- Regulations:

Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations,



and accounting standards, staying updated with current rules.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

- Leadership &

- Team Management:

Lead and mentor junior accountants, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, preferably with experience in CA Firms / the construction or real estate industry.
