Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chartered Accountant at The Aghron Forum. The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder and Technology Team to develop, structure, and improve CA-related services offered through the platform.

The role will involve providing subject-matter expertise in accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, auditing, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and business advisory. The Chartered Accountant will help translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear workflows, processes, checklists, and service frameworks that can be implemented through technology.

Daily responsibilities will include reviewing CA service workflows, validating financial calculations and system-generated outputs, preparing professional documentation, identifying compliance risks, and ensuring that all services are accurate, practical, and aligned with applicable Indian laws and professional standards. The candidate will also contribute to testing, improving, and launching new technology-enabled financial and compliance services.

Qualifications





- Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or another recognized institute.
- Recently qualified CA with approximately 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, GST, TDS, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Practical understanding of CA service delivery, regulatory filings, documentation requirements, and compliance processes.
- Ability to convert complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear, structured, and technology-friendly workflows.
- Experience in reviewing financial calculations, reports, compliance documents, and process outputs for accuracy and reliability.
- Comfortable working closely with Founder, Product, and Technology Teams in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.
- Strong analytical ability, numerical accuracy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial and compliance matters clearly to non-finance professionals.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote working workplace.
- Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, digital financial services, and entrepreneurship will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in a startup, consulting firm, CA firm, fintech company, or technology-driven financial services organization will be preferred.
