The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Chartered Accountants to work on engagements across finance, valuations, due diligence, and tax advisory. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of experience who want to combine solid technical expertise with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to founders and investors in fast-growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Retainerships: Act as a strategic finance partner to start-ups, driving budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow planning, and investor communications, while establishing robust governance frameworks for growth.

· Valuations: Deliver valuation support for fundraises, secondary share transfers, and M&A; transactions, ensuring compliance with the Income Tax Act, FEMA, and the Companies Act.

· Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive buy-side and sell-side due diligence, covering financial health reviews, margin analysis, working capital assessments, and historical performance evaluations.

· Tax Advisory: Advise on tax-efficient structuring for business models and transactions,



including cross-border operations, holding structures, ESOPs, and exit planning.

· Client Management & Collaboration: Oversee multiple client engagements with professionalism, maintain high-quality outputs, and contribute to mentoring junior team members

What We’re Looking For

- CA with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in transaction advisory, start-up finance, or FP&A;/fundraising projects.
- Excellent grounding in accounting standards, taxation laws, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling, with the ability to apply these effectively in client engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex financial matters in a clear, accessible way.
- Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial approach, eager to take ownership and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
