About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, financial reporting, and client support activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity for newly qualified and early-career Chartered Accountants to gain hands-on exposure to finance, taxation, compliance, and business advisory functions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Prepare, review, and maintain books of accounts and financial records.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Analyze financial data and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records.

Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file GST Returns, Income Tax Returns, and other statutory filings.

Handle end-to-end TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.

Assist in tax planning and advisory activities.

Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities as required.

Stay updated with changes in taxation laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Audit & Assurance

Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary information during audits.

Financial Analysis & Business Support

Analyze financial information and identify key observations.

Assist management in evaluating business performance and financial risks.





Support process improvement initiatives and implementation of financial controls.

Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and provide support on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.

Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.

Business Research & Support Activities

Conduct market and industry research as required.

Maintain and update client and business databases.

Support business development activities through research and data analysis.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client documentation.

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized accounting body.

0 – 2 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, or Finance.

Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Taxation, TDS, GST, and Financial Regulations.

Good understanding of statutory compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
