Key Responsibilities:

? Channel Partner Network

Build, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants to drive business opportunities for plotting projects.

? Lead Generation & Closures

Drive end-to-end sales—from lead generation and follow-ups to site visits, negotiations, and final closures—while consistently achieving monthly targets.

?️ Plotting Project & Local Market Knowledge

Leverage strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market, plotting projects, and investment trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

? Team Guidance & Compliance

Guide the team in following company policies,



ensure timely ERP updates, and maintain accurate sales reports for management.

Who Should Apply:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Channel Sales

✔️ Experience in Residential / Plotting Projects / Open Plots preferred

✔️ Solid Hyderabad broker/channel partner network

✔️ Target-driven and willing to work Wednesday–Monday
