Role & responsibilities

- Source, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners in the assigned territory

- Conduct regular CP visits for training, engagement, and performance management

- Generate and track walk-ins and closures from CPs through consistent follow-ups

- Drive tele-calling activity from CP-sourced leads and own databases

- Share project updates, price revisions, and inventory alerts with CPs in real time

- Use the ACP app to manage leads, closures, and payout updates

- Attend site visits with CP clients as necessary to support sales closures

- Report daily activity, CP engagement levels, and sales funnel metrics

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (BD, CRM, Site Teams) for seamless CP experience

- Promote CP reward programs and drive participation

Ideal candidate profile

- Graduate in any stream; Real Estate experience is a plus

- 5-8 years of experience in real estate, channel sales, or field BD roles

- Robust local market knowledge

Skills Required

- Excellent relationship-building and sales closure skills

- Strong discipline in follow-ups and reporting

- Hands-on with Excel, CRM, or lead management apps

- Communication in local language and English
