expanding its presence in global markets Position Summary The Chief Executive Officer CEO will serve as the principal strategic and operational leader of Shri Sabhari Metallurgical India Limited Reporting to the Chairman and Board of Directors the CEO will be responsible for driving long-term growth operational efficiency profitability and sustainable business performance This role requires a visionary yet hands-on leader capable of aligning cross-functional teams strengthening governance and enhancing the company s competitive positioning in domestic and international markets Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Vision Develop and execute the company s long-term strategic roadmap in alignment with the Chairman and Board Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities diversification initiatives and growth avenues across domestic and global markets Lead innovation digital transformation sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement programs Foster a
